Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas. Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards Make beds and change linens as required Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and other supplies Vacuum, dust, and mop floors in assigned areas Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met promptly Follow proper handling and disposal procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations Qualifications Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently Friendly and professional with a customer-focused attitude Basic English communication skills, any other languages are advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred Knowledge of hospitality industry standards is advantageous Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and procedures Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Additional Information Work within a highly motivated and enthusiastic team at one of the best-operating hotels in Amsterdam Receive a competitive salary in line with the Collective Labour Agreement in the Netherlands.
