As Room Attendant, you will ensure total guest satisfaction, providing efficient, courteous, and high level of service within the Housekeeping Department. You will be responsible for all rooms, public areas, corridors and back of house areas. Overseeing any outsourced staff when required. You may also occasionally interact with customers, supporting all other operations departments during your shift. You may be required occasionally to do some breakfast shifts in out breakfast suite.
