Room Attendant is an integral part of Rosemead House and we are looking for an Room Attendant. This position oversees day-to-day operations of Housekeeping, and closely working with other departments. This position directly reports to Rooms Operations Manager/Supervisor.

• Room Maintenance:

-Clean and tidy guest rooms and suites, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
-Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards within the allotted time frame.

-Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Hotel Manager promptly.

• Public Areas:

-Maintain cleanliness in all public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.

-Ensure all public spaces are welcoming and presentable for guests at all times.

• Guest Interaction:

-Provide courteous and professional service to guests, responding promptly to any inquiries or requests.

-Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.

• Inventory and Supplies:

-Monitor and restock housekeeping supplies, ensuring all carts and storage areas are well-stocked.

-Report any shortages or inventory needs to the Hotel Manager.

• Adherence to Standards:

-Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
-Adhere to Rosemead House’s policies and procedures, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
