POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will be responsible for maintaining meticulously clean, comfortable, and inviting guest rooms and common areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a beautiful natural setting, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset but not required—training provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Enthusiasm for nature and resort life a plus!
Responsibilities
  • Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to resort standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas (lobby, hallways, guest lounges).
  • Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to management.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
  • Follow environmentally friendly cleaning practices and recycling procedures.
  • Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
  • Provide friendly and respectful service to all guests.
  • Support other departments when needed (e.g., light kitchen help or seasonal tasks).
  • Ensure supplies are stocked and inform management of any shortages.
