Essential Functions: • Clean assigned guest rooms daily while maintaining high hotel cleanliness standards • Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms • Make beds and replace linens unless otherwise requested by guests • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and guest room surfaces • Vacuum guest rooms and hallways as assigned • Maintain a clean, organized housekeeping cart • Follow hotel procedures regarding housekeeping cart placement and safety • Assist with laundry duties as needed • Report maintenance concerns or damaged items to management • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner Physical Requirements: • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods of time • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds At Best Western Plus Isanti, we work hard, support each other, and take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for every guest.
