REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hotel, hospitality, or custodial roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning protocols effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 pounds).
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, to ensure they meet high cleanliness standards.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as per hotel policies.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop floors in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
  • Assist with laundry services when required to ensure timely availability of clean linens.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
