JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • A background in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
  • Ensure all guest bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked with necessary toiletries.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure high standards of service are met.
