JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and storage areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damage to management promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow established safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks in common areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
