JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our esteemed hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
  Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly after use.
• Maintain an organised cart with cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist with special requests from guests when necessary to enhance their stay.
