Description
The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and assigned public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to Crowne Plaza and IHG brand standards, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: * Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies according to hotel standards * Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities * Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean furniture, fixtures, and fittings * Replenish minibar items, tea/coffee supplies, and in-room amenities * Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items promptly * Follow hotel procedures for guest requests and special instructions * Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment * Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and housekeeping trolleys * Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times * Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations * Support sustainability and environmental initiatives of the hotel WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: * Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in housekeeping preferred * Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards * Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail * Good time management and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Physically fit to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting) * Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage) WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
