YOUR DAY TO DAY As a Room Attendant, you’ll make sure our rooms are always at their best - we have standards - but it’s down to you to make that room special and memorable for guests WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU All successful candidates must be positively motivated to provide exceptional customer service and possess the following skills & attributes: Help guests - you’ll be happy to help if someone needs a toothbrush or directions for example Take pride in every aspect of room cleaning, to make our guests stay feel comfortable Be able to assist with deep cleaning projects Keep your supervisor updated on room service progress and alert them to any repairs needed Safety awareness – follow our established safety procedures at all times - and wear protective equipment when needed Be organised - keep on top of supplies and amenities and always try to minimise waste WHAT WE OFFER Join our extraordinary world and experience a place where you can be yourself, share your ideas, support your personal growth and wellbeing, and be a valued member of an inspirational team.
