OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant at Ark Wembley to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • A background in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-presented.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and tea provisions in guest rooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas and assist with laundry duties as needed.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
