JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Charing Cross. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Strong background in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-presented.

  • Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure timely availability of clean linens.
  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including hallways and stairwells.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
