We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant at Templeton Gardens to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our hotel by ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are impeccably clean and welcoming.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous hotel experience is highly desirable but not essential; experience in hospitality or janitorial roles will be considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and in good condition.
• Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and tea as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and other common areas of the hotel.
• Assist with laundry duties when required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
