About us: Lime FMS is an outsourcing provider of housekeeping solutions in hotels across the UK. Working with our clients we ensure a seamless partnership to ensure we deliver the quality and standards required to ensure each guest arrives at a welcoming room.
Come and join us as a Room Attendant: The Room Attendant is required to deliver housekeeping services such as servicing bedrooms or supporting colleagues in the team with other departmental activities to the required client brand standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the head housekeeper delivering quality work and following all reasonable instructions;
  • Servicing guest accommodation and public areas with a view to exceeding client expectations;
  • The ability to work on your own or as part of a team;
  • Having a positive attitude and supporting or assisting colleagues as required;
  • Complying with both client and company policies and procedures.
  • Keeping trolleys and stock rooms tidy and reporting shortages to your supervisor;
  • Ensuring all equipment is in a safe and working condition;
  • Having a commitment and willingness to improve your own work standards;
  • Complying with training requirements and maintaining a thorough knowledge of company health, safety and environmental safety procedures and reporting any issues to the head housekeeper / supervisor immediately; and
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation both personally and professionally.
