The Room Attendant plays a vital role in delivering comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail—ensuring each guest room reflects the elevated standards and welcoming spirit of the property. This role is essential in creating a clean, inviting environment where guests feel relaxed, cared for, and at home. Requested Tasks: * Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathroom * Ensure all guest rooms meet The Greenleigh’s standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation * Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed * Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any concerns promptly * Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner * Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner * Follow proper cleaning procedures, safety standards, and use of chemicals * Support team members and assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed Requested Capabilities: * Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays * Professional and guest-focused demeanor * As part of the Makeready collection, we proudly offer a variety of thoughtful benefits and perks for eligible team members including accommodating PTO/PTO exchange, medical/dental/vision benefits, maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, company-matched dependent care & 401k, student loan repayment program and a wide range of additional ancillary benefits.
