Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable stay for our guests by ensuring guest rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities. Ensure guest rooms and corridors are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent service with professionalism. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department. Follow all hotel policies, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Support team members and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.
