Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience as a Room Attendant in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Capable of performing physically demanding tasks associated with the role.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemicals is a plus.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Replace bed linens and towels, make beds, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitise bathrooms, including fixtures and surfaces.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely room turnover.
