We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; a background in hospitality will be advantageous.
  • Janitorial experience is beneficial, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure that all public areas are kept clean and tidy, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any requests or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report when stock is low.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure that linens are available for guest use.
