We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This position is essential for ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, reflecting our commitment to high standards of service in the hotel industry.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; however, a background in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-presented.
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, and other shared spaces within the hotel.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are washed and folded correctly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
