REQUIRED SKILLS

Responsibilities

ROOM ATTENDANT DUTIES

· Cleaning and Sanitising Guest Rooms – Ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned to a high standard, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and sanitising bathrooms.
· Replenishing Amenities – Restocking toiletries, towels, and other room supplies such as tea, coffee, and minibar items as per hotel standards.
· Inspecting and Reporting Maintenance Issues – Checking for any damages or maintenance requirements in guest rooms and reporting them to the appropriate department for prompt repairs.
· Ensuring Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations – Following proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals, disposing of waste, and maintaining hygiene standards in accordance with hotel policies.
· Providing Guest Assistance – Responding to guest requests for extra towels, pillows, or other amenities and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.
