Overview You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience at Town & Country Resort. You will expertly clean, service, and refresh guest rooms daily to deliver that fresh, welcoming vibe every time. This is a physically active position requiring strength, stamina, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset in a resort-scale environment. We're looking for availability with AM shifts: Mon-Sat 8am-4:30pm, Sundays 9am-5:30pm. Pay rate: $20.85/hour. For full-time team members, we also offer comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plans and employer-paid life insurance for added peace of mind. #TownCountrySD Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms per resort standards: make beds, replace linens and terry, dust, vacuum floors, sanitize bathrooms, and refresh all surfaces for flawless presentation.​ Collect soiled linens, inspect for issues; restock towels, toiletries, water, minibar to par levels.​ Use vacuums/carts correctly; report maintenance/hazards to supervisor or engineering.​ Keep carts, storage, equipment clean, organized, and on schedule.​ Handle guest requests courteously, especially during peaks/events.​ Follow safety, sanitation, chemical, and PPE protocols for check-in readiness.​ Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.​ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.​ Physical stamina to lift, push, or pull up to 25-30 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods; good communication and customer service skills with flexibility for varying shifts, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements This role demands high energy and physical stamina—candidates must be ready to tackle these requirements: Stand/walk 8+ hours per shift, with frequent lifting/carrying/pushing up to 50 lbs (carts/supplies). Bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and climb as needed to clean and organize rooms. Strong manual dexterity, vision/hearing for safe equipment use and guest interactions. Comfortable in varying temperatures, with cleaning chemicals and moderate noise. Flexible for shifts, weekends, holidays during peak times.Reasonable accommodations available.
