We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for cleaning of guest rooms and replenishing of amenities.
  • You are required to maintain the pantries and equipment in clean working order.
  • Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to established standards.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and other amenities.
  • Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and minibar items.
  • Vacuum carpets, dust and polish furniture, and remove trash.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
  • Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Housekeeping Manager
  • To have positive involvement and interaction with the overall West team both at individual and entire team level.
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
  • You are required to answer guest requests and assist where possible.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety procedures within the hotel.
  • Follow hotel security guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Comply with all company policies.
