Description

BE PART OF SOMETHING UNCOMMON

At Langdon Hall, we believe in creating more than just memorable experiences — we create a sense of place. As a proud member of Relais & Châteaux, we offer our guests and team members a haven of warmth, authenticity, and refined comfort in the heart of Ontario’s countryside.
Built on heritage and rooted in hospitality, Langdon Hall is not just a hotel — it’s a community. Unlike corporate brands, we are privately owned, values-driven, and proudly Canadian. Our culture is built on relationships: with our guests, with our land, and with one another.
If you’re seeking more than just a job — if you want to belong to a team where your contribution matters — we’d love to meet you.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

We’re looking for someone with:
-

2+ years of experience in housekeeping, with leadership or inspection experience preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant experience is always an asset — but we also believe in training for skill and hiring for heart.

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring for the position of Room Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Inspecting guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and functionality, signing off only when guest-ready

  • Providing coaching and feedback to Room Attendants, reinforcing standards and best practices
  • Coordinating with House Porters for linens, extra beds, and room setup requests

  • Reporting damages, repairs, and lost-and-found items; maintain accurate inspection records
  • Supporting teamwork within housekeeping, assisting during busy periods as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, cleaning procedures, and service standards while modeling Core Values

You’ll be part of a passionate, dedicated team that takes pride in what we do and in where we do it.
