Shift: 9am-5pm Days Off: Monday/Tuesday $16.50/hour          Get paid when you need it – daily, weekly or biweekly! Are you a self-described “clean freak” who’s not afraid to get your hands dirty? Then you just might be the perfect fit for our Room & Laundry Attendant position. We are seeking motivated individuals like you to exceed expectations for cleanliness and keep our guests coming back again and again.   Here’s what you’d be responsible for: * Providing high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for hotel guests.  * Cleaning all guest rooms and public spaces as assigned. * Inspecting all room fixtures, furniture, televisions, radios, and heating & cooling equipment for maintenance needs and reporting when not in proper, functioning order. * Wash, dry, and fold towels and sheets.   Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping experience a plus. Must be able to operate power cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, shampooers, etc. Must possess strong attention to detail. Indoor environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals and various types of waste. Must be able to tolerate standing and walking for 8 – 10 hour shifts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs. Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply.
Responsibilities
The Room & Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for hotel guests. This includes cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, inspecting room fixtures for maintenance needs, and handling laundry tasks.
