Salary – Starting from: £29,536.00 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Location- Hertford, SG13
Hours- Full Time, 40 hours

We’re looking for a Room Leader to work within our Bright Horizons Hertford Nursery. Our Hertford Nursery opened in January 2020 and is located on the Foxholes Business Park with great transport links including local bus routes and is close to the Hertford East train station with on-site parking is also available.
The nursery benefits from seven individual rooms, each tailored to each age group with fantastic resources. All of the rooms have been designed to be flexible and with good access to the garden area which the children enjoy regularly. The nursery is proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’.

As a Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exception care and education, to help all children within the room to develop and meet their individual milestones. You will promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
