We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Southborough Woodlands Preschool, situated in Southborough close to Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells town centers, with good transport links.
The Preschool offers a 66 place setting that caters for children aged 2 to 5 years. The Preschool is situated of the edge of Southborough Woods next to St Peters Church with ample of parking. The Preschool is an old school house with a three large rooms and a beautiful spacious garden. The team has a collective Early Years Experience of 100 years plus and is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.

As a Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exception care and education, to help all children within the room to develop and meet their individual milestones. You will promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
