• Lead and mentor a team of educators, ensuring exceptional care and educational outcomes for each child.

• Be a champion of our Centre’s values: brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional.
• Implement educational programs on Storypark, encouraging collaboration between families, children, and educators.
• Maintain children’s learning profiles and drive continuous improvement through self-assessment.
• Contribute to leadership councils, enhancing your leadership skills and shaping the direction of the Centre
