This is an outstanding leadership development opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our unique nursery team.
Apples and Honey Nightingale is the UK’s leading intergenerational nursery, co-located with a residential care home set in beautiful and secure grounds near Wandsworth Common. We provide high-quality education, care, and a safe learning environment for early years children within a Jewish intergenerational setting, welcoming all faiths, and none.

• Leading and managing a team of nursery practitioners in our pre-school classroom.
• Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, within the principles and ethos of Apples and Honey Nightingale
• Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress.
• Liaising with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and partnership.
• Supervising and mentoring staff members.
• Ensuring the nursery meets and maintains high standards of care and education, including Ofsted requirements.
