As a Room Leader working with OAC Eynesbury, you will collaborate closely with educators, teachers, children, and families to create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing environment for all children in our care. You will oversee the children’s learning and development by delivering age-appropriate activities and documenting observations, and have a strong leadership team to guide you. You will support those around you, imbedding a cuture of collaboration and inclusion for all.

If you would like to join our team, we will be looking for someone who has the following:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
• 2 years of Room Leader experience
• Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday
• Experience working with Nursery children
• A positive & inspiring attitude to their role
• A strong understanding of child safety & wellbeing
