As a Room Leader working with OAC Coonan’s Hill, you will collaborate closely with educators, children, and families to create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing environment for all children in our care. You will oversee the children’s learning and development by delivering age-appropriate activities and documenting observations, and have a strong leadership time to guide you.

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
• Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday
• Experience working with Toddler-aged children
• A positive & inspiring attitude to their role
• A child at heart willing to have fun everyday
• A strong understanding of child safety & wellbeing
