As a Room Leader at Jumbles Nursery, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children. This position is essential in maintaining a positive environment that supports both staff and children’s needs and showing passion through their everyday tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education are preferred.
