We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Beaufort Park, situated in Colindale.
Our Bright Horizons Beaufort Park Day Nursery and Preschool is Ofsted rated ‘Good’, and is situated in Colindale with great transport links. We’re just a 10 minute walk from Mill Hill Station, Colindale and Hendon Underground Station and under a mile from Colindale town centre. It’s a lovely 102-place setting, with spacious rooms and a large garden area with play equipment.

As a Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exception care and education, to help all children within the room to develop and meet their individual milestones. You will promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
