Happy Journeys is recruiting for a Room Leader at our large, beautiful children’s nursery, which opened in August 2019.

We’re looking for a Room Leader who:
- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Is an experienced educator with a background in leading a room
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Delivers outstanding care and engaging learning experiences
- Serves as a positive role model for young children at all times
- Builds warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Has solid knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Maintains high standards of care and teaching
- Works effectively as part of a team
- Can have fun, dance around the room singing nursery rhymes, and get super messy with sensory play
- Brings energy, creativity, and joy to every day
