Your role will include: Leading and inspiring your room team with clear vision, energy and empathy Creating a rich, enabling environment where children can thrive Ensuring day-to-day room operations run smoothly and safely Embedding our curriculum, values, and high standards into everyday practice Monitoring progress and supporting your team’s individual training and development Working closely with families to build strong partnerships and share in each child’s journey Carrying out regular audits, risk assessments, and action plans as required About You We’re looking for someone who is more than just experienced – we want a role model, a motivator, and a lifelong learner. You’ll need to have: A Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential) Proven leadership experience in a room or unit within a nursery setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS and a child-centred, inclusive approach Experience in a preschool or baby room (ideally both!) Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene certificates Excellent communication and people skills – someone who builds strong, positive relationships with children, families and teams A valid enhanced DBS check (or be willing to undertake one) Flexibility and a proactive, can-do attitude Why Join Little Adventures?
