Job Description Room Attendant Duties: Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards Replenish amenities and linens Report maintenance issues and lost property Ensure guest privacy and security Public Area Attendant Duties: Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and outdoor spaces Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback Assist with occasional deep cleaning projects Ensure all areas are presented to Accor brand standards Qualifications Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. Solid understanding of the proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures. Demonstrated ability to maintain high cleanliness standards in fast-paced environments. Competencies Strong attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, even in dynamic or high-pressure situations. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor with guests and colleagues alike. Additional Requirements A valid driver’s license is ideal. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays. Must embody the values and guest-centric culture of the Accor Heartist philosophy.
