This is an ideal setup for licensed Lash Technicians, Sugarists, or Aestheticians who want to work independently while benefiting from our strong reputation and ongoing marketing support.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a certified and licensed beauty professional (e.g., Esthetician, Lash Technician, Sugarist , etc.)
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in your area of expertise preferred.
• Self-motivated and business-minded with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to provide and maintain your own tools, products, and insurance.

• Operate independently while maintaining professional standards of cleanliness, client care, and service quality.
• Manage your own appointments, bookings, and payments.
• Provide expert beauty services such as lash extensions, sugaring, facials, waxing, or related treatments (depending on specialty).
• Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment room.
• Collaborate respectfully with other professionals in the space.
• Adhere to all local health and safety regulations.
