C-Care (Mauritius) Ltd is currently looking for a Room Service Attendant to be based at Wellkin Hospital, Moka. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities: What you will be doing: Reads production orders on colour-coded menu cards on trays to determine items to place on tray Prepares and delivers food trays to the patients in a timely manner and with high customer satisfaction Ensure strict adherence to customer service, safety standards, hygiene, sanitation and tidiness at all times while performing the related duties Handles patient’s feedback /complaint and report to the Supervisor(s) Ensure that a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by dealing courteously with customers What are we looking for? Minimum Secondary Education A minimum of 1-year experience in similar position Basic computer literacy Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills Attentive and patient with Customers (Highly Customer Oriented) Ability to work on pressure and shift system Ready to join us?
