JOB SUMMARY:

As a Room Service Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless in-room dining experience. This role involves delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and providing a warm, professional, and courteous service.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service is an asset (but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure.
• A positive attitude with a guest-first approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Take and confirm guest orders over the phone with accuracy and professionalism.
• Deliver food, drinks, and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner.
• Set up trays or trolleys neatly and ensure orders are presented to standard.
• Handle guest requests with care and attention.
• Collect used trays/dishes from guest rooms and maintain cleanliness in service areas.
• Work closely with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
