Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a service-driven and detail-oriented Room Service Manager to lead In-Room Dining operations at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay . Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage , you will oversee the full in-room dining experience, ensuring timely, elegant, and personalized service that reflects Four Seasons’ luxury standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of In-Room Dining, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, overnight service, and private bar amenities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the room service team to provide warm, efficient, and intuitive service.
  • Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered with accuracy, elegance, and timeliness.
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, and inventory control for the In-Room Dining department.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the culinary team to ensure menu accuracy and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues with professionalism and care.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards in accordance with company and local regulations.
  • Support pre-opening setup, team training, and SOP implementation.
