Reporting to the Room Service Manager, as Room Service Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in our guest’s stay with us, by serving them food and drinks in he comfort of their own rooms and making them feel like they are in a home away from home.
Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s opening and beyond. We are looking for people who as detail-oriented, a people-person and works well under pressure!

As Room Service Waiter/Waitress, key aspects of your role will include:

• Ensuring food and drinks are perfectly presented before serving to guests
• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in their rooms
• Answer any questions on the menu selection, including how food has been prepared, any modifications that can be made, and what allergens are present
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding questions, length of wait, product availability, meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass and silverware before serving it to guests
• Restock items
• Present physical and accurate check to guests and process payments on service
• Follow health and safety guidelines and policies to report accidents and injuries
