  • Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Be part of the opening team
  • Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established Recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
  • Prepare beverage garnishments such as cutting fruit and assisting in inventory according to Four Seasons Standards.
  • Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s; check completed orders with the guest’s original order.
