As the Room Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our room service department. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily management and operation of the room service department.
  • Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with our guests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints, effectively communicating with the Food and Beverage Manager to implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver seamless and high-quality service.
  • Ensure the completion of daily tasks and uphold the company’s standards of excellence.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting staff retention and development.
