We are looking for a Room Service Supervisor for the 2025 season to join our Room Service team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills.
He/She reports to Restaurant Manager.

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Anticipate guests’ needs and handle complaints to provide an excellent and personalized room service experience.
  • Supervise and manage F&B service in rooms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Personalize the in-room bar offer.
  • Establish good relationships with guests, handling requests and inquiries promptly.
  • Oversee room service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, with the support and guidance of the Restaurant Manager.
  • Ensure the quality of food and beverages meets hotel standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of room service equipment and supplies.
  • Manage inventory, ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and staff schedules.
  • Prepare performance and feedback reports.

Other requirements:

  • Requirements for Room Service Supervisor:
  • Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
  • Previous professional experience in the same role within a luxury environment
  • Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
  • HACCP certification
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints effectively
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation
