Responsibilities Take room service orders from guests via phone, ensuring accurate communication of their requests Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and courteous manner Provide information about menu offerings and answer any guest inquiries Ensure that all orders are prepared according to company quality standards and presented attractively Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area and equipment Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Previous experience in a room service or similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to guests
