The Peninsula Hotels espouses luxury service, dedication to our customers, and commitment to our employees.  Be a part of the highly experienced team.   Key accountabilities   • Prioritize and pre-register rooms according to guest arrival times to ensure all guests can check into their rooms upon arrival. Monitor daily arrivals and manage room inventory so that all rooms are ready, or alternatively a waiting room is arranged, ensuring guests do not experience delays.• Act as the central point of coordination for room status between departments – liaising with Housekeeping for cleanliness and special setups, and with In-Room Dining to ensure timely delivery of amenities.• Review guest history, preferences, and previous stays to ensure all special arrangements and room requirements are fulfilled.• Assist with the preparation of guest group arrivals, including envelopes and key packages.• Check the status of all out-of-order and out-of-service rooms, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure timely readiness.• Manage and assign showrooms for the day, ensuring availability and proper presentation.• Support Guest Experience Managers with guest arrivals and departures during peak periods, holidays, and other high-demand situations.   General requirements   • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Experience roles within a luxury hospitality environment.• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to liaise effectively across multiple departments.• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset.• Proficiency in English and Turkish; additional languages are an advantage.• Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak operational periods.   We would be delighted to receive your CV and will liaise directly with suitable applicants. .responsive { width: 100%; max-width: 550px; height: auto; }
