Job Description Rooms Division Manager Cashel Palace Hotel At Cashel Palace Hotel, a restored 18th-century residence set in the shadow of the Rock of Cashel, we are proud to offer a guest experience defined by warmth, elegance, and impeccable attention to detail. We are now seeking a Rooms Division Manager to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, this role is central to the delivery of the Palace experience — ensuring that every guest encounter, from arrival to departure, reflects the effortless luxury and genuine care for which the hotel is renowned. The Role As Rooms Division Manager, you will oversee Front Office, Concierge, Porters, Nights and Housekeeping, bringing a calm, assured leadership style to the day-to-day operation. You will support the Director of Rooms in shaping the guest journey, leading your teams with pride and purpose, and ensuring that standards are not only met, but consistently elevated. This is a role for someone who understands that true luxury lies in the detail — in anticipation, discretion, and the ability to make each guest feel entirely at home.
