We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Rooms Division Manager to lead and inspire our Accommodation and Front Office teams, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Oversee daily operations of the Front Office and Accommodation departments.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
• Implement and monitor standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas.
• Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and departmental KPIs.
• Maximise room occupancy and revenue through effective yield management in collaboration with the Reservations team.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, control operational expenses, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
• Maintain high health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with hotel policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare operational reports, analyse performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
