Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota. Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Rooms Division Manager to join the MarBella hotel team in Corfu. Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments. Ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out, maintaining high service standards. Develop and implement operational policies to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction. Train, mentor, and motivate department managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on reviews and surveys. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, brand standards, and company policies. Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to enhance guest experiences and drive occupancy rates. Handle guest complaints and resolve any service-related issues efficiently. Liaise with Maintenance and other departments to ensure the upkeep of rooms and public areas. Proven experience as a Rooms Division Manager or similar leadership role in a 5-star hotel. Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations operations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and enhance profitability. Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication skills. Proficiency in hotel management software Fluent in English. Other languages is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
