Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring an Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. In this role, you will lead a housekeeping team in ensuring that the entire hotel is clean, sanitized, and ready for guests.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Visual acuity is sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces

• Lead and manage a team of Housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation
• Maintain an inventory of supplies; order and distribute supplies and equipment
• Ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed
• Monitor and controls expenses and payroll, while ensuring proper resources are in place
• Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed
• Ability to drive company vehicles throughout property
